Clay Way Studio Tour

It is wonderful to finally be able to invite people to the pottery…..
I’ve been making pots all summer and have lots to choose from, including some sets of bowls and plates, all made. There will also be some nice tall cylinder vases, great for flowering branches or bunches of long stemmed flowers. I’ve also made some nice serving pieces, both low platter styles and deeper bowls. And of course I am always happy to make dinnerware to order, though if that’s your interest we might make a date to meet privately.
There are 9 studios and 18 potters on the Clay Way tour this year, you can print out a map and check out everyone’s work at ClayWay.net.
We’re making special arrangements to keep everyone healthy, with one way traffic through the showroom, 6’ spacing, hand sanitizer, and a pay station outside the showroom. Windows and doors will all be wide open. Masks are required inside and near others outdoors. Unfortunately we cannot serve refreshments this year because you need to keep your masks on but if the weather seems suitable you are more than welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy so people can visit and catch up with one another outdoors.
As always, please bring cash, checks or Venmo since there is a 3% fee for using a credit card.
