How To Purchase Pots Online

Ordering: to purchase pots from the online Gallery give me a call at (845) 359-5421 or send me an email at jane@janeherold.com with the item numbers of the pots you'd like.

Payment options: checks, money orders, and major credit cards are accepted.
Credit card transactions are handled securely through Paypal payment. You do not need your own paypal account.
Shipping: all shipping is UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. All pots are insured against damage or loss during shipping, and will be replaced or money refunded should they meet with an accident, which I'm happy to say is VERY rare.
Shipping charges for the Continental US (other regions - please call for a quote):
- purchases of up to $50 : shipping is $13
- purchases of $51-100 : shipping is $22
- purchases of $101-200 : shipping is $30
- purchases of over $200 : please call or email for quote
Items purchased with a credit card ship within 5 days; pots purchased with a check will be sent upon receipt of the check made out to Jane Herold.
Returns: are accepted if mailed within one week of receipt of your pots, and ship at the buyer's expense, insured for the value of the pots.
